Abdullah Hashim Co. Ltd., the official distributor of Honda products in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, officially launched its new brand, QOWA, during a special ceremony held on 16 October 2025 at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Riyadh. The event was attended by senior executives from Abdullah Hashim Co. Ltd. and Honda Motor, along with distinguished guests from government entities, business partners, distributors, media representatives, and social media influencers.

The launch of QOWA represents a strategic milestone in the company's expansion into the power equipment and machinery sector, offering integrated solutions powered by Honda's high-performance engines and backed by the renowned reliability and quality of Japanese engineering.

During the event, Mr. Khalid Abu Shaaban, Chief Executive Officer of Abdullah Hashim Co. Ltd., expressed his pride in introducing the new brand, emphasizing that QOWA reflects the company's commitment to delivering reliable products that meet the evolving needs of the Saudi market across the construction, agriculture, and power industries.

Mr. Katsuhisa Okuda, President and Director of Honda Motor Europe Ltd. and Regional Unit Lead for Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, also expressed his enthusiasm for the launch, highlighting that the introduction of QOWA marks another chapter in the strong partnership between Honda and Abdullah Hashim Co. Ltd., a relationship that has spanned more than 65 years.

In addition, Mr. Shereef El Sharkawy, Regional Manager for Motorcycles, Marine, and Power Products, announced that QOWA has launched 10 certified products to date, with plans to expand its portfolio to more than 80 products by 2028. He also revealed the company's ambition for QOWA products to carry the "Made in Saudi Arabia" label by 2030, supporting the Kingdom's industrial development goals.

The ceremony concluded with an exclusive showcase of the QOWA product lineup, followed by a gala dinner that celebrated the spirit of innovation and collaboration between Honda and Abdullah Hashim Co. Ltd., reflecting their shared commitment to supporting the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
